Action America Foundation is a pro-Constitution, pro-Bill of Rights charitable, educational 501(c)(3) citizen advocacy organization.

For our volunteers, supporters, citizen leaders and those in service to the general public, Action America Foundation provides analysis, educational and policy objectives designed to sustain our institutions of self-government and protect our rights to privacy, free speech, civil liberties, and national security at home and abroad.

We share the concern of our supporters to address vital public and government policy issues, and we work to advance civic understanding and public debate over all manner of policy decisions including religious liberty, immigration and border security, Islamic shariah and jihad, United Nations and foreign relations, and unconstitutional usurpations of power or abuses of government authority.

In conjunction with our civic education work, Action America Foundation envisions instituting a Citizens' Legal Defense Fund to provide resources that include legal referral and representation in keeping with the purposes of republican government. We will stand against violations by government of individual rights, and for reassertion of America's commitment to justice and the rule of law – not the rule of men.
